We partner with high-net worth individuals and family offices. While we accept passive investors, most of our investors are engaged. We look for investors that want to help us do well. They share their experience, wisdom, and connections. We believe that this approach creates must better outcomes.
Fund Structure
Our Fund is a traditional General Partner (GP) and Limited Partner (LP) structure with a twist. We do not have committed capital. Our investments are done on a deal-by-deal basis, and therefore, our investors can opt-in or out as they see fit.
